Agreement to Terms

By using the services of ModernHelp Friendswood Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Services Provided

ModernHelp Friendswood Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services in Friendswood, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, roadside assistance, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing.

We make every effort to respond quickly and provide quality service. However, response times may vary based on traffic, weather, location, and availability. We do not guarantee specific arrival times.

Payment and Pricing

All charges for services are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Pricing is based on the type of service, distance, vehicle type, and specific circumstances of the job.

Estimates provided over the phone are not final quotes. Final charges may vary based on the actual conditions encountered. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, difficult recoveries, or special equipment requirements.

Vehicle Responsibility

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. ModernHelp Friendswood Towing is not responsible for items left in vehicles. We are also not responsible for damage to vehicles that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that was not visible at the time of pickup.

While we take great care in handling all vehicles, towing involves some inherent risk. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We carry insurance for liability, but coverage limits apply.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our costs. If we arrive at your location and you are not present or your vehicle is not accessible, you may be charged a no-show fee.

Storage and Impound

If your vehicle is towed to our storage facility or another designated location, daily storage fees will apply starting 24 hours after the vehicle is dropped off. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle in a timely manner. Vehicles left in storage for extended periods may be subject to lien sale procedures as allowed by Texas law.

Liability Limitations

ModernHelp Friendswood Towing will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road closures, or equipment failure.

Customer Conduct

We expect all customers to treat our staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, or violent behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in such behavior. You are also responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location to ensure safe and efficient service.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and promptly. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
